1. Mince meat

2. Add seasoning and mix together.

3. Add water to the meat and mix thoroughly.

4.  Immediately (while there is still free water) add gluten free rusk and mix thoroughly.

5. Re-mince mixture. (Optional Step).

6. Fill into casings.

7. Leave to rest for 12 hours before cooking.
