1. Add rusk to the water and let it stand for 5 minutes.

2. Mince meat.

3. Add seasoning to the meat and mix thoroughly.

4. Add Rusk and mix thoroughly.

5. Re-mince mixture. (Optional Step).

6. Leave the mixture to firm up for 15 minutes.

7. Fill into casings.
