1. Mince meat using a grinder or buy pre-ground meat.

2. Add the seasoning and blend together using a mixer or by hand.

3. Add the water to the meat and mix until blended.

4. Add the Rusk and mix until the water is absorbed.

5. For a perfect blended mix you can re-mince the mixture through your grinder.

6. Fill into casings.
