Dry Aging Bags

Dry aging bags employ a specially formulated combination of polymers which create a single layer material that is both moisture- and oxygen-permeable, very much like a membrane.


These bags are excellent for dry-aging of beef as well as for dried ham. It is also suited for: Dried and cured meat; Cooked products as well as fermented products.
